Hank Little to Retire, Fawbush Hired
Hickory Springs Manufacturing Company (“HSM”), announces the well-earned retirement of Hank Little, President of Atlanta Attachment Company (“AAC”), effective December 31, 2023. AAC is a wholly owned subsidiary of HSM.
Hank joined AAC in 2003 as Vice President of Sales. In 2006 he was appointed President, and under his leadership AAC grew its business globally while expanding its product lines and entering multiple new markets. After HSM acquired AAC in 2016, Hank successfully led the commercial teams for the furniture and bedding business units of Hickory Springs and lent his automation expertise to projects across the organization. Hank’s dedication, commitment and contributions cannot be adequately noted here, but have left a permanent mark on AAC and laid the foundation for AAC’s new era of growth.
Mark S. Jones, HSM’s President and CEO stated, “Hank’s 20+ years of dedicated service helped shape AAC into the global leader for sewing automation it is today, and his invaluable contributions will be dearly missed.”
Hank is retiring to spend more time with his family in Louisiana and will be fishing and Jeeping as much as he can. Also, he will continue to be part of the AAC/HSM family after retirement in an advisory role.
In related news, HSM is pleased to announce that Trevor Fawbush has joined AAC as General Manager as Hank begins his transition. Trevor will have overall leadership responsibility for AAC, including sales and operations, and will report to Mark Strohmaier, President of Diversified Products and Services for HSM.
“The collaboration has already started with Trevor and I am confident in his ability to continue AAC’s leadership across the market segments we serve,” said Little.
Trevor comes to AAC having previously served as President of Geo T. Schmidt, a global manufacturer of laser and pin marking equipment and parts for product identification and traceability needs across industries. Trevor brings a wealth of experience to AAC, having held leadership positions across multiple manufacturing companies during his career.
“I am extremely honored and excited to be joining one of the most recognized and respected companies in the bedding industry. My full focus will be to build upon AAC’s reputation of manufacturing innovative, high-quality equipment and parts, while providing superior technical services to our global customers,” said Fawbush.
Trevor will return with his wife to his hometown of Atlanta (he is a big Braves and Falcons fan!) after 18 years in the Midwest.
